Sweet and sparking dessert wine. Bounces on the palate but with minimal viscosity. Nice sparkling California rosè. It’s really strawberries in a bottle, but you also get notes of cherry & raspberry. It’s sweet, but by no means cloying or viscous. Given its fruit toward taste, it is a nice treat, even non-sweet wine drinkers may even tolerate (enjoy). – Jose Valles
