FAQ

All wine and shipping charges are paid in full at the time of purchase. Castello di Amorosa Winery is solely responsible for delievery of the wine to the destination country's customs office and will supply tracking up until that point. All duties, taxes and fees are the customer's responsibility. CdA Winery and personnel are in no way responsible for any laws, duties, restrictions or requirements imposed by receiving country, state or province. No excise, liquor or importation tax is charged at time of purchase and are to be paid by purchasee at the time the customs office sees fit. All permiting, importation or liquor, requirements are sole responsibility of purchasee and not CdA. Due to the varible nature of importation laws, CdA is not responsible for any and all changes and/or mistakes by receiving country's customs office or officials. It is the customer's responsibility for obtaining and supplying any permits required to import wine.
