Spumante del Castello Sparkling Punch

with Castello brandy & citrus

A bubbly celebration in a glass!
Brimming with bright citrus, cool mint, and a splash of Castello Brandy, this effervescent punch blends Spumante del Castello Brut with Muscat Grape Juice and is full of festive flair in every refreshing sip. Perfectly chilled and irresistibly fizzy—just add ice, pour, and let the party sparkle!

Ingredients:

Pre-chill:

• • 1 Bottle Spumante del Castello Brut
  • 1 Bottle of Castello Muscat Grape Juice

Additional Ingredients:

• • ¼ cup Castello Brandy
    Omit Brandy for a Low Alcohol version
  • 2 cups Grapefruit juice
  • Juice of 3 Limes
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • ½ cup packed Mint leaves
  • Ice for serving
  • Citrus wedges for serving

Instructions:

Step 1: Stir together grape juice, brandy if desired, grapefruit juice and fruit juices.

Step 2: Add mint leaves and citrus wedges.

Step 3: Slowly add Spumante del Castello and top with ice.

SERVE!
